Computer Services guarantees repairs against defects in material and workmanship that is hardware related for 30 days from the original repair date unless specified differently with a service agreement (Manufacturer’s warranty may still apply on hardware after 30 days). We R Geeks LLC. Computer Services will repair or exchange any defective components that are installed under this warranty agreement free of charge with either a new or rebuilt replacement.

This includes software problems or conflicts with existing software and/or operating systems. If a problem exists We R Geeks LLC. Computer Services will repair or reinstall software within the warranty period.

If We R Geeks LLC. Computer Services performs virus, spy ware & ad-ware removal We R Geeks LLC. Computer Services does not guarantee virus, spy ware & ad-ware from not returning on customer’s system even if some type of preventing software is installed. We R Geeks LLC. Computer Services will service the machine again within a 30 Day period of the original service date if the problem comes back.

All warranties, including custom built computers, will be voided if the equipment has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, has been tampered with by the customer or a third party without the prior consent of We R Geeks LLC.
